Holidaymakers venturing to the Isle of Man could enjoy the delights of Glen Wyllin Pleasure Grounds situated on the west side of the island near Kirk Michael station. Developed in the 1890s, it was later purchased by the Isle of Man Railway Company. The plate came from the refreshment rooms there, and was used to serve the advertised fare.
