We have taken delivery of a fine model of Talyllyn Railway wagon 117. The full size wagon is in the museum historic wagon collection. The five inch gauge model was built by the late Viv Thorpe, who was a Talyllyn Railway member for many years, and was presented to the museum by his family. The photograph shows Robert Thorpe and his son Thomas handing over the model to museum chairman Keith Theobald.
